Q) What are your hours of operation?
A) Rush Delivery regular hours are 8 AM - 5 PM (PAC) Monday through Friday. After hours and weekend service is available call for details.

Q) What is the cutoff time for same day delivery?
A) Cutoff time for ordering "Rush Same-Day" delivery is 12 noon. "Super Rush" 2-Hour delivery is available until 3 PM.

Q) What is your delivery coverage area?
A) Rush Delivery coverage area includes Coeur d'Alene, ID and Spokane, WA and the five northern counties of Idaho. See rate table for charges to cities in the coverage area. Delivery service is also available beyond the normal coverage area (throughout the Inland Northwest) with rates usually running at $1.20 per mile. Call for more details or quotes on delivery to outlying destinations.

Q) How do I order a pickup?
A) Call 208.772.7874 in the Coeur d'Alene area or toll-free at 866.673.7874 to schedule a delivery. If you are a new customer, it will only take a few moments to get your billing information and setup up an account. Or click here to open and account online.

Q) How do I pay for my bill?
A) Once your account is established, you will receive a bill for your delivery charges at the end of the month service has taken place. Payment terms are Net 10 Days. Paperless billing via E-mail is encouraged. Payment can be made via check or PayPal.

Q) Do you offer discounted rates for everyday routes or volume deliveries?
A) Yes, Rush Delivery will negotiate rates and terms for those who have special delivery requirements.
